Auberge Victoria has no elevators. We cannot accommodate those traveling with mobility restrictions including going up flights of stairs.

 

CHECK IN TIME & POLICIES

At Auberge Victoria, we wish to offer convenient check-in times!  We love to meet all guests but if for some reason you have a late arrival or we are not on site, we automatically offer everyone SELF CHECK-IN and SELF CHECK-OUT!  We communicate all information 1-2 days prior to arrival via email and/or text.

 

Check-In: 4pm but flexible - see below
Late check-in is not a problem!

 

Check-Out: 11am
You must clear the room by 11am. 

 

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION POLICY
Guarantee Policy:
In order to guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card and first night’s deposit will be taken 2 days prior to arrival. 

 

Auberge Victoria has a 2-day cancellation policy. 

All reservations are final within 2 days of arrival and any changes or cancellations therein will result in full stay costs.
First night stay will be charged 2 days prior to arrival and balance will be processed on arrival
date on credit card used for reservation.
(For monthly stays - a 15 day notice of cancellation is required.)

 

HOTEL POLICIES
No Smoking – No Pets
100% smoke free property - $250 recovery fee applies

 

No children or extra beds:
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  To retain a quiet atmosphere given the size of our property, this property is for adults only.

 

Housekeeping:
We are committed to do our share to protect the environment and have adopted a linen reuse program in all guest rooms. There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh towels provided by hanging linen bag outside your room door.

 

Cards accepted at this property:
Visa and Mastercard and AMEX. We do charge for the first night 2 days prior to arrival date.

 

Important Information:
You may be asked to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

 

Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in.
